Order Delivery & Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured.
Shipping within India is free.The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking.
International Order:
In case of an order which is to be shipped outside India, the customer has to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination.
Custom Clearance:
All shipments of Jewellery exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address.
Time To Deliver:
The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the order is delivered on time.
To prevent misplaced delivery, please keep one of the following identity cards for verification:
Pan card
Driving License
Passport
Voter identification card
Unique Identification Card (Aadhaar)
All orders are 100% insured until they get delivered to the customer.
We strive to deliver domestic orders within 7-10 working days for in-stock products and 25-30 working days for make-to-order products after purchase.
We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt from the delivery person.
In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the package for assistance. We may ask for proof, such as a 360-degree video of the unpacking or boxing process, to help resolve the issue.
Please note: Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In all such cases, the company reserves the right to take the final decision.
It is essential to follow the care instructions provided with your jewellery. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or maintenance.
