Customization & Booking Process

  • To initiate the customization, we require 50% advance payment after finalizing the design and labor details.

  • If you’d like to lock the gold rate on the day of your booking, you may pay for the corresponding day’s gold value to secure the rate.

Weight Variation Policy

  • The net weight of gold mentioned during the design finalization is tentative and may vary after final completion.

    • If the final weight is less, the excess amount will be refunded.

    • If the final weight is more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Transparency & Communication

  • You will receive an official online invoice for your advance payment.

  • Our team will be in continuous contact throughout the process, ensuring transparency and updates at every stage.

Artisan Interaction & Sketch Design Option

  • If desired, you can personally meet our artisan to co-create your piece.

  • For those seeking a hand-sketched design, we offer custom sketching services for ₹2,000.
