Jewellery Customization Form

The quotation will be prepared as per estimated design weight, and may vary based on final net weight.
The gold rate will remain OPEN until the final gold amount is paid as per the confirmed net weight.
Final gold value will be calculated strictly based on the final net weight of gold used.
Net weight has been clearly explained by our staff at the time of the deal.
As jewellery is handmade, the final weight may vary (+ / –).
Any increase in net weight will be chargeable and must be borne by the customer.
Any decrease in net weight will be refunded to the customer accordingly.

A designing cost will be applicable if the customer requests us to create a custom design for them.
We can arrange a video call with our designer for detailed design discussion before final approval.
The final product will be crafted very close to the approved design, but slight variations (+ / –) may occur due to handmade craftsmanship.
Once the design is confirmed by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled.
Any design changes requested by the customer during the customization process may lead to delivery delays and net-weight variations.
Any additional amount arising due to such changes must be paid by the customer.

For order confirmation, 80% of the gold amount must be paid in advance.
The delivery date provided is tentative and may vary based on customization and payment completion.
Final delivery will be scheduled only after full and final payment clearance.
