Domestic Shipping (India)
Pachchigar Jewellers offers complimentary shipping across India for all orders delivered within our logistics partners’ standard service zones. For remote, interior, or non-serviceable regions—including rural or village areas—additional shipping charges may apply. Any such charges will be communicated to the customer before dispatch.
All domestic orders remain fully insured until they are successfully delivered to the customer. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to location, courier limitations, operational constraints, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events beyond the Company’s control.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Ready / In-stock products are typically delivered within 5–7 working days. Make-to-Order products require 25–28 working days, as each piece is handcrafted exclusively upon order confirmation.
Timelines may extend in cases of high order volume, customization requirements, material availability, logistics delays, or unforeseen disruptions.
International Shipping
International shipping and handling charges are calculated during checkout. Customers are solely responsible for all charges imposed by the destination country, including customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and any local clearance charges. These charges are not collected by Pachchigar Jewellers (Ashokbhai) and must be paid directly to the logistics partner at the time of delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs inspections, clearance procedures, and international logistics workflows.
International Orders – Delivery Verification (Important)
For international orders, the tentative delivery timeline is T+15 days. Customers receiving international shipments for order values above INR 2 lakhs are required to present valid documents for verification. Accepted documents include either a PAN Card or Form 60, along with a Passport or Driving License. These documents are mandatory under regulatory norms for high-value cross-border deliveries. Customs Clearance
All international jewellery shipments exported from India undergo inspection and clearance by the Indian Customs Department prior to dispatch. Packages may be opened by customs officials for examination and will be resealed with appropriate customs authentication labels. This is an authorized process. Therefore, customers may disregard generic warnings such as “Do not accept if open/tampered” when the package bears official customs seals indicating examination.
Delivery Verification (Domestic & International)
For security and insurance compliance, customers may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. Accepted documents include:

● Driving License
● Voter ID
If proper identification is not provided, the courier partner may be unable to hand over the order.
Missing or Tampered Packages
Any concerns regarding missing items, tampered parcels, or empty packages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To process such claims, customers must provide a clear 360-degree unboxing video, recorded from the moment the package is received, showing all sides of the parcel and the complete unboxing process. Claims without sufficient proof, or those showing evidence of tampering after delivery, may be rejected. The Company’s assessment and decision shall remain final and binding.
General Conditions
All orders remain insured by Pachchigar Jewellers (Ashokbhai) until delivery is completed and acknowledged by the customer. Delivery address, mobile number, or order details cannot be changed after the order is placed due to security protocols.
