Domestic Orders

Prices displayed on pachchigarjewellers.com are subject to change without prior notice, and customers will be charged the price applicable at the exact time of purchase.

For domestic orders shipped within India, payments are accepted only in INR and the prices are inclusive of applicable CGST, SGST or IGST. If international credit or debit cards are used for domestic purchases, the transaction amount will first be converted to INR, and the customer’s issuing bank may levy currency conversion charges. Customers using international cards for domestic purchases may also be asked to provide a government-issued identity proof of their resident country such as a passport with visa copy, driving license, employment card or any other official identification document for verification.

International Orders

For international purchases, payments are accepted only through secure international payment gateways. Conversion rates applied will correspond to the prevailing exchange rate on the date of purchase. Prices for international orders may include shipping and handling, but all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by the destination country must be borne exclusively by the customer. For international orders exceeding INR 2 lakhs, a valid PAN Card or Form 60 is mandatory as per regulatory requirements.

PAN Card Requirements

For all purchases above INR 2 lakhs, a valid PAN Card must be provided at the time of placing the order. The billing name must exactly match the PAN record; otherwise, verification will fail and the order will not proceed. If a PAN is not provided for eligible orders, the order will be cancelled automatically.

Order Confirmation and Payment Terms

● Full payment is mandatory before an order can be processed or dispatched. Products will be shipped only after complete payment is received.

● Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any domestic or international order.

● Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified.

● Prices on the website may change without notice as they depend on market conditions such as gold rates, gemstone availability and operational costs.

Right to Cancel by Pachchigar Jewellers

Pachchigar Jewellers (Ashokbhai) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Orders may be cancelled due to limitations on quantity, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, incomplete documentation, verification concerns, suspected fraud or any activity that appears unauthorized. Orders may also be cancelled if certain states restrict the interstate supply of jewellery unless specific documentation is provided. Customers will be notified if their order is cancelled in full or in part or if additional documents are required.

Cancellation by Customer

Once an order has been placed and payment is received, customer-initiated cancellations are not permitted. The order becomes final and non-refundable due to processing, reservation or manufacturing of the product.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of pachchigarjewellers.com will result in cancellation of the related order. Pachchigar Jewellers (Ashokbhai) reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, legal expenses, damages and collection charges from individuals involved in such misuse. Legal action may be taken against persons who engage in fraudulent activities or violate the Company’s terms.

Make-to-Order Jewellery

● Make-to-Order jewellery is crafted exclusively after order confirmation.

● Manufacturing requires 25 to 28 working days, followed by an additional 3 to 5 days for delivery depending on destination and courier timelines.

● Once the design, gold weight, gemstone size or any specification is approved, it cannot be altered.

● Make-to-Order products are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

● Due to hand craftsmanship, minor variations in the final weight or dimensions may occur, and a deviation of up to ±10% is regarded as normal and acceptable.

Gold and Weight Policy

● Quotations for customised jewellery are based on estimated design weight and may vary when the product is completed.

● The gold rate remains open until the final gold amount is paid. The final value will be calculated strictly according to the actual net weight used in the finished product.

● Any increase in net weight must be paid by the customer, and any decrease will be refunded accordingly. Variations are natural in handmade jewellery and are considered acceptable.

Delivery and Payment for Custom Orders

● For confirming a Make-to-Order piece, 80% of the gold amount must be paid in advance.

● Any design changes requested by the customer during the customization process may lead to delivery delays and net-weight variations.

● Any additional amount arising due to such changes must be paid by the customer.

● The delivery date provided at the time of order is tentative and depends on customization, production workflow and payment clearance. Final delivery will take place only after the entire payment is received and verified.

Identity Verification

For deliveries where identification is required, customers may be asked to present one valid government-issued photo ID from the following list:

● Passport

● Driving License

● Voter ID
