Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Pachchigar Jewellers (Ashokbhai), all jewellery products are made and delivered with precision, care, and quality assurance.

● Once an order has been delivered, no return, refund, or exchange shall be permitted under any circumstances.

● In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must inform us within 2 (two) days of receiving the product.

● Products found to have manufacturing defects shall be eligible only for repair and not for replacement or exchange.

● Complaints raised after the stipulated time period shall not be entertained.

● By placing an order on pachchigarjewellers.com, you expressly agree to this policy.

Repair Policy

● Repair requests must be initiated by contacting the Customer Support Desk.

● Products will be accepted for repair only upon submission of:

  • Original purchase invoice
  • Jewellery certificate (if applicable)

● All jewellery will be examined for weight, purity, and stone condition prior to repair.

● An estimated repair cost will be communicated to the customer.

● Repairs will be undertaken only after customer approval of the estimated charges.

● If a product is deemed non-repairable, the customer will be informed and the product returned.

All repair charges, including taxes, shall be borne by the customer.

● Estimated repair timeline: 15–30 working days.

● Shipping and handling charges related to repairs shall be charged separately.

● Repairs are undertaken entirely at the customer’s risk.

● Repair charges must be paid in full prior to delivery.

● The Company reserves the right to retain possession of the product until all dues are cleared.
